Copy Patch to program installed directoy and run him in administrator mode, Click to "Patch" button and wait until patching finished.
Before running of "Tuneup Utilities" please go to this directory of your windows:c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\
Open "host" file with notepad and add below lines in last line of "host" file:
127.0.0.1 www.order.tune-up.com
127.0.0.1 www.tune-up.com
127.0.0.1 www.tune-up.com
127.0.0.1 www.registertuneup.com
127.0.0.1 secure.tune-up.com
Block access to internet of this software all EXE files with your windows firewall
Now run "Tuneup Utilities" and enjoy!

Blacklist:
For solving blacklist problem please follow below steps...
Uninstall TuneUp Utilities with a uninstaller software(Revo uninstaller)
After uninstalling remove this directories:
C:\Users\Windows Se7en\AppData\Roaming\TuneUp Software
C:\ProgramData\TuneUp Software
Restart system...
Disconnect your system internet and install setup, in last step of installation don't click to "OK" button and run windows task manager
End process "tuneup" process and also all of tuneup utilities process
